Build Something Real With Us

We're looking for people who care about helping others move better and feel stronger. Not just instructors — though we need those too. We need coordinators, communicators, and folks who can figure out what works when things don't go as planned. If you've spent time teaching movement, working with clients, or just thinking about how bodies adapt and improve, you might fit here.

Open Positions

Each role shapes how clients experience our programs. You'll work with real people who want real progress, not magic fixes.

Acrobatics Instructor

You'll spend most of your time with clients. Teaching movement patterns, adjusting techniques based on what you see, answering questions that don't have simple answers. Some days you're demonstrating handstands, other days you're explaining why someone's shoulder keeps bothering them.

  • Background in gymnastics, physical education, or movement coaching
  • Comfortable working one-on-one and with small groups
  • Ability to explain things multiple ways until they click
  • Patience with the learning process — yours and theirs

Health Movement Specialist

This position bridges assessment and training. You'll evaluate where clients are, design programs that match their goals and current abilities, then track how things progress. Expect to adjust plans frequently based on feedback and actual results.

  • Experience with movement therapy or structured physical training
  • Ability to assess physical capabilities and limitations
  • Strong record-keeping and progress tracking habits
  • Willingness to learn from what doesn't work

Program Development Coordinator

You'll create and refine our training curricula. That means talking to instructors about what's working, reviewing client outcomes, researching new approaches, and organizing everything into coherent programs. It's part planning, part problem-solving.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to structure
  • Interest in health-focused movement education
  • Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple sources
  • Collaborative mindset — this isn't solo work

Client Support Associate

Handle the administrative side so instructors can focus on teaching. Schedule sessions, answer questions, manage communications, keep things running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for many clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Organized approach to scheduling and coordination
  • Friendly demeanor with problem-solving attitude
  • No specific background required — we'll train you on our systems

What Joining Actually Looks Like

Week 1-2

Getting Oriented

You'll shadow experienced team members, learn our systems, and start understanding how we structure programs. Expect lots of questions and note-taking. We'll introduce you to clients gradually so you're not thrown in unprepared.

Month 1-3
Building Your Practice

By now you're working independently but with support nearby. You'll handle your own clients or responsibilities while checking in regularly with senior team members. This is when you figure out your teaching style or workflow approach.

Ongoing
Contributing to Development

As you gain experience, you'll help shape how we do things. Maybe you notice a better way to explain a concept, or you identify a gap in our program offerings. We want those insights — they make us better at what we do.

Interested? Let's Talk

Send us your background and what interests you about working here. No formal cover letter needed — just tell us your story and why you think you'd fit. We'll get back to everyone who applies, usually within a week.
